What kinds of documents can I notarize online?
You can notarize any document permitted by your state for online notarization. Please visit your state’s Secretary of State website for a list of approved documents. In our home state of Texas virtually anything you can notarize in person you can notarize online as authorized by “Tex. Gov’t Code § 406.107. AUTHORITY TO PERFORM ONLINE NOTARIZATIONS. An online notary public has the authority to perform any of the functions authorized under Section 406.016 as an online notarization.”
