Remote online notary platform for mortgage companies

Texas law now allows commissioned online notaries to do the notarial acts of traditional notaries including secure document notarizations for mortgage companies including affidavits and acknowledgments for loan applications, funding, closings and governmental compliance. Notary.io is a turnkey online notarization platform useful for commissioned online notaries employed by mortgage companies. Our system was designed with needs of the mortage companies and secured lender industry in mind and we train employee notaries on the similarities and differences between Texas traditional and online notarization.
